During a pre-order release, the brand produces exclusive samples, each unique and limited to a single piece, showcasing various colorways. This approach allows the brand to offer a wider range of color options without incurring immediate production costs. Once the initial concept has been established, the brand's website is opened for a limited period, typically a few days, during which customers can place orders specifying their desired design files and quantities. These orders are then forwarded to the manufacturer for production.

It is important to note that the manufacturing process typically takes approximately 3-4 weeks following the closure of the website. Therefore, if you placed an order on January 21st, it is not necessary to express concern to the brand on February 15th. If a package has not been delivered by March 15th, however, it would be appropriate to contact me for further assistance and inquire about the status of your order.
